Hi, I’m Annemarie, a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I am dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and care. I provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered to grow.Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma or simply feel stuck, I am here to support you in achieving greater clarity, resilience and emotional wellbeing, at your own pace in a way that feels right for you.
Counselling Services
Finding a counsellor that feels right for you can feel daunting. I offer a free 30-minute online or telephone introductory session. This is a chance for us to meet and see if working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure and no obligation. This session gives you the space to get a sense of me and how I work, and it also helps me understand how I can best support you.
Appointment Fees:
£50 per 50-minute session face-to-face or online.
My counselling room is located within Deeping Community Centre. The centre offers a friendly reception area, disabled access, toilet facilities and free parking.
Qualifications
BA Hons Degree in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Level 5 HE Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
Level 3 Counselling Skills
Level 2 Basic Counselling Skills
Working with Shame CPD
Registered Member: ICO (Information Commissioners Office)
Whilst completing training I have worked as a volunteer counsellor within the NHS and with young people for the Charity Embrace CVoC.
I currently help to run a local grief group and have been a volunteer listener with Peterborough Samaritans for several years.
